The Service allows you to submit content such as greeting messages and fan art ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Except for User Content, all content and materials on the Service, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Himawari WhiteOwl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

The Service relies on third-party services such as Google, Firebase, and YouTube. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
